Overview

For the pincode of interior locations / non serviceable by major courier companies it would take more time for the delivery. Our expected delivery time is from 5-10 days.

Atharcon’s Vendor Merchant Partners will take “Full Responsibility” of your Order, if the Order has been shipped to any of the major cities, where they have used “Private Courier Companies” to ship your order.

We request our users to make sure before placing their order for Interior Locations / Country Side / Rural Area Addresses are serviced properly by Indian Postal Service and if not, then we insist that they should not place their orders for such locations to avoid dissatisfaction.

Once dispatching the order, If order / product will return to us / vendor because of incomplete address / wrong address / incomplete contact number / contact numbers not working then we are not responsible in such cases and we will not provide any refunds.

Returns / Refund Policy

  • Refunds
    • Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
    • Sale items – Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
    • We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by receiver at the time of receiving the goods.
    • At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the order.
    • If there is any error in the product delivered to the receiver then is such cases the option of Free Replacement or Refund will be provided to the customer.
    • Refund will be issued to the same account which was being used at the time of making the payment / order. We will issued the refund in 24 to 48 hours after given confirmation about refund to the customer.
  • Any complaint with regards to the damage or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital video of package opening of order to approve the same.
  • Bad Address: – If the pin-code number in the provided address is missing or if the address is insufficient or very interior. Also if the contact number is not working then Atharcon.com will not be issuing any Refund.
  • House Locked: – If on the provided address the premises are closed and the delivery of the parcel is attempted by the respective courier company then the Refund or Reshipping of the order will not be possible.
  • Receiver Not Available: – If on the provided address the receiver is not available or the receiver has changed their house then to redirect the parcel or to issue the Refund will not work out.
  • If the order is returned to us due to any of the above reasons then to reship the Order or to Refund will not be possible. Apart from the above reasons, even if the parcel gets returned to us due to error made by the sender then Atharcon.com is not liable for the Refund.
  • Any address change request shall not be entertained if the order is already being shipped out from the warehouse. The refund will also not be possible in such cases.
  • If the customer is informing about the cancellation of the order once it is placed then the same shall not be entertained.
  • If any of the order is missed out by our team (Atharcon.com) then in such cases Full Refund will be issued to the customer.
  • Shipping returns
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
    • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
