• If an order is placed at an incorrect price due to an error, Atharcon reserves the right to cancel the order, even if payment has been received. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Order Cancellations & Non-Delivery

• Once an order is placed, cancellations will not be entertained.
• If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability, any additional re-delivery costs will be charged to the user.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

• Atharcon is not liable for any delays, non-deliveries, or interruptions caused by vendors, technical failures, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, wars, government actions).
• We are not responsible for any financial loss, data loss, or damages incurred due to site usage, including service interruptions, technical errors, or unauthorized access.
• Users must exclusively use their own credit/debit cards for transactions. Any fraudulent use is the sole responsibility of the user.
